If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you. It’s best to try to arrive early to get acquainted with our facility, especially if it is your first visit.

Parking is located around the entire perimeter of our shopping plaza. If you have to park in the back or sides, you can use one of the internal-courtyard walkways as a shortcut to the front of the plaza.

Each service is done in your own, completely private suite. So there is no need for separate lockers.

 

To get the full benefit of our treatments, it is best to let your body “do the work” to get itself back to its normal temperature on its own. If you shower within an hour of a sauna or cryotherapy session you are artificially aiding your body in returning to its normal temperature. That said, our Riverside studio does have showers in the private sauna suites, as we understand that after your sweat, you may want to freshen up before going back to the office.

Yes, we provide towels and water.

You must be at least 16 years old to use any of Degree’s services and/or to use IV Drips and Booster injections (under 18 requires parent/guardian waiver).

All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours prior to the appointment time in order to receive a full refund. All sessions cancelled within the 12-hour window will be charged in full.  If you are running late, please call us- we will always do our best to accommodate you!

Yes! Unused sessions roll over for an extra billing cycle. Traveling? Injured? Busy schedule? Don’t worry! Please note, rollover sessions expire upon cancelation or downgrade to a lower membership tier.

Ultimate tier Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. A 14 day written notice must be given to put a membership on hold. Please email [email protected]. Billing will resume automatically at the end of the hold period. If there are any Ultimate Family Add-On memberships associated with the membership on hold, those will remain active through the balance of the current billing cycle; after this, they become full price until the hold is removed.

All memberships auto-renew monthly. Membership cancellation requires a 28 days notice from the monthly billing date. If you would like to cancel your membership, simply send us an email at [email protected]. You may also request to “downsize” your membership if you don’t need as many sessions each month. Please note that any rollover sessions expire upon cancelation or downgrade of your membership.

Yes, we offer 20% off of any Individual Session with valid Student ID. We also offer a Heroes Discount for Military, Police, Firefighters and Teachers (both active and retired). You will need to come in and show your ID in order to have the 20% off added to your purchase.

Yes, you can purchase a gift card online OR if you prefer a “credit card” type of Gift Card we have those available In Store.

Yes! We accept both FSA and HSA payment options. Just swipe your FSA/HSA debit card when you check out. Or if you have a different card on file and want to switch it to your FSA/HSA card, just let us know and we’ll make the switch for you! And if you need an itemized receipt, we’re happy to provide one.
