Find your scheduled service below to learn how to prepare and what to expect before, during and after your session.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session! We provide complimentary filtered water to drink during your session as well as a towel for your use.

Remove all make-up to allow your skin to receive the full benefits of the infrared waves.

WHAT TO WEAR

Lightweight shorts and a t-shirt are ok, swimsuits are better, birthday suits are great too. We recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session. The struggle of putting on yoga pants when you are sweaty is real!

DURING YOUR SESSION

You may not sweat much during your first 2-3 sessions. This is normal for most, especially if you haven’t had a recent history of sweating and/or your body isn’t accustomed to the infrared rays.

Take care not to overheat during your first few sessions. Reduce your session time if needed and work up to the full 45 minutes. As your body continues to adjust to the infrared rays sweating can increase dramatically and body temp regulation happens more readily.

Stretching your arms, legs and back area during your session creates more body flexibility. Massage congested and “knotty” muscles to help alleviate troubled areas.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

When you finish your sauna session it is important to relax and cool down while your body continues to perspire. Sit or recline for 5-10 minutes afterward. Let your body do the work to return itself to it’s regular temperature.

Place your used towels in the Towel Drop in the main room and place your empty water bottles in the sink.

Wait at least 20-30 minutes before you shower.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your cryotherapy session. You must be DRY for a whole body cryotherapy session- body, hair, and underwear!

There is no need to remove make-up prior to your session.

WHAT TO WEAR

Lightweight fitted shorts or underwear are perfect to either wear in or bring with you.

Men usually go shirtless and ladies wear a sports bra. Please make sure that all items of clothing are free of any metal that may touch your body.

We will provide ear protection, a face mask, gloves, socks and warm slippers (required).

DURING YOUR SESSION

We will walk you thru the process, step out of the room for you to change, then help you choose a song to listen to all before you step into the chamber.

A staff member will stand outside of the chamber the entire time you are in it. If at any point you want to step out you can simply push the door open.

When your 3 minute session is over we will open the door for you to exit.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Get dressed, place your used clothing items in the hamper and you’re all set!

When you finish your cryotherapy session it is important to let your body do the work to return itself to it’s regular temperature, burning calories and increasing blood flow/circulation.

Light exercise right afterwards to get your blood pumping is great- avoid a sauna session or a hot shower. Wait at least 20-30 minutes before you shower.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your light therapy session!

Remove all make-up and body lotion prior to arrival to allow your skin to receive the full benefits of the red and infrared light waves.

WHAT TO WEAR

Most people prefer to “Joovv in the nude”. However, a swimsuit is fine too. The more rays that your body is exposed to the better! (Your room is completely private.)

We recommend bringing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable to put back on after your session as you may be slightly sweaty. The struggle of putting on fitted clothing when you are sweaty is real!

DURING YOUR SESSION

Our staff will show you where to stand between the two full body panels, then will turn the panels on and step out for you to undress and enjoy your session.

It is safe to leave your eyes open although it may take a few minutes for your eyes to adjust to leaving them fully open.

The panels will turn off after your 15 minute session is over.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

When you finish your Joovv Light Therapy (PBM) session it is important to relax and cool down while your body continues to perspire. Let your body do the work to return itself to it’s regular temperature.

Place your used towels in the Towel Drop in the energy room and you’re all set!

Wait at least 20-30 minutes before you shower.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your float session.

WHAT TO WEAR

Loose comfortable clothing is best. Something that you would be comfortable to lie in bed with is ideal. Pleas do not wear anything with sharp edges or objects attached.

You will be asked to remove all jewelry or anything that could potentially puncture the float bed.

DURING YOUR SESSION

We will provide you with noise canceling headphones that you can use to listen to either a guided meditation, white noise, spa sounds or nothing at all. You will then lie on the float platform as it is lowered into the water-filled membrane that is warmed to your body temperature.

As you meditate, relax or sleep you will lose sense of where your body ends & the water filled membrane begins… a true sense of weightlessness!

AFTER YOUR SESSION

When your session is complete, the platform will rise back up and the water filled membrane will empty. Slowly leave the bed and go about your day- fully refreshed!

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your cryo facial session!

There is no need to remove make-up or body lotions prior to your session- in fact many women pop in for a cryo facial prior to going out with their make-up fully set!

WHAT TO WEAR

We recommend wearing a shirt/tank that is loose fitting and comfortable and that exposes as much of the face, neck and decollate as possible. You can also remove your shirt and place a towel (provided) over your chest.

DURING YOUR SESSION

You will lie down in a comfortable, slightly inclined position, close your eyes and let our staff do to work! Sub-zero cold air will be blown in a soothing motion across your face, neck and decollate… tightening the capillaries and reducing puffiness/inflammation.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

When your session is complete, you are all set to go about your day! It is important to let your body do the work to return the skin to it’s regular temperature, increasing blood flow & circulation which will give you the GLOW that you came in for!

Light exercise right afterwards to get your blood pumping is fine- a sauna session or hot shower are not! Wait at least 30 minutes before you shower.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before, during and after your NormaTec session!

WHAT TO WEAR

Long pants and socks are a must (yoga pants or sweats are fine, jeans can be uncomfortable). We don’t want you to have any bare skin exposed to the NormaTec boots.

DURING YOUR SESSION

Our staff member will evaluate the size of compression legs that you need then help you put them on. You will start at a mid-level compression setting then you can be the judge if you want to increase or decrease the pressure. Then relax and let the pulsing massage go to work!

AFTER YOUR SESSION

When you finish your session we will help you to unzip and disconnect the leggings. You are free to enjoy the rest of your day- legs refreshed and ready!

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before and after your spot cryotherapy session!

WHAT TO WEAR

We recommend wearing clothing that is loose fitting around the area that you are having treated, allowing easy access.

DURING YOUR SESSION

After sharing your problem area(s) with us, our staff will evaluate the correct attachment to use to best get the cold to the area being treated. We will measure your skin temp on the area to be treated and begin to cool it with sub-zero air. The goal will be to reduce the skin temp 30° to 40° (think ice pack on steroids with a much deeper penetration!) in order to create vascular constriction in that area.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

When your session is complete, you are all set to go about your day! It is important to let your body do the work to return the skin in the treated area back to it’s regular temperature, increasing oxygenated blood flow & circulation to that area.

Light exercise afterwards is fine, but please avoid a sauna session or a hot shower. Wait at least 30-45 minutes before you shower.
